Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení kvality služeb nestátního neziskového nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež R-Ego, z. s. ve Slavičíně. Cílem práce je zjistit kvalitu služby na základě hodnocení uživatelů pomocí kvalitativní metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a analýzy dokumentů.
