The topic of this thesis is Goodwill and Badwill issues of the commodity-controversial companies. It describes the most common problems such companies deal with regarding the public opinion. It examines the reasons thanks to which a company becomes unpopular. The text tries to find a solution how to get rid of the negative public relations or minimise their impact.
