Abstract:

Cílem této práce je analýza firemní filantropie v konkrétním podniku s bližším zaměřením na vztah firemního dobrovolnictví k oddanosti a fluktuaci. Teoretická část se věnuje vývoji společenské odpovědnosti firem, v jejímž rámci specifikuje principy a podnikové přínosy strategické firemní filantropie a dobrovolnictví. Oddanost a fluktuace jsou coby podnikové přínosy dobrovolnictví blíže vysvětleny. Praktická část analyzuje firemní filantropii zvolené bankovní instituce. Na základě podnikových údajů a komunikace s managementem je analyzována organizace, strategie, historický vývoj, náklady a přínosy filantropických projektů. Následně je analyzován vztah dobrovolnictví a oddanosti technikou dotazníkového šetření a vztah dobrovolnictví a fluktuace pomocí zaměstnaneckých agend. Závěrem jsou formulovány návrhy zlepšení zkoumanému podniku a doporučení dalšího výzkumu.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyse corporate philanthropy of a concrete company with closer focus on the relation of corporate volunteering to organizational commitment and employee turnover. The theoretical part deals with the evolution of corporate social responsibility and in its scope it specifies the principles and corporate benefits of strategic corporate philanthropy and volunteering. Commitment and turnover as corporate volunteering benefits are further explained. The practical part analyses corporate philanthropy of chosen bank institution. On the basis of corporate data and communication with management, the analysis of organisation, strategy, historical course, costs and benefits of philanthropic projects is accomplished. Further, relation between volunteering and commitment by questionnaire survey method and relation between volunteering and turnover by employee record are examined. Finally improvement proposals to the company and further research recommendations are suggested.
