Diplomová práce se zabývá adaptací, možnostmi jejího měření a zkoumáním adaptace na tmu v závislosti na věku. V teoretické části se první kapitoly zaměřují na sítnici, zrakovou dráhu, fotometrické veličiny, biochemii vidění a zpracování vizuálního podnětu. Abstract:
The master´s thesis concentrates on the adaptation, the possibilities of measurement and the research of dark adaptation depending on age. First chapters of theoretical part focuses on the retina, the visual pathway, biochemistry of vision and processing of visual stimulus.
