Financial and tax aspects of selected business intention

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá finančními a daňovými aspekty vybraného podnikatelského záměru. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce nejprve zkoumá oblast podnikatelského prostředí. Následně je řešena problematika samotného podnikání v prostředí ČR, a to z hlediska zahájení podnikání a legislativy. Dále je pozornost věnována konstrukci podnikatelského plánu, konkrétně Lean Canvas a jeho vybraným aspektům, které jsou východiskem pro praktickou část práce. V praktické části práce je vytvořena studie konkrétního podnikatelského záměru se zaměřením na finanční a daňové aspekty. Sestaven je podrobný zakladatelský rozpočet a z daňového hlediska jsou zjištěny a vypočteny všechny daňové závazky, které začínajícímu podniku vzniknou před zahájením nebo v průběhu podnikání. Na závěr práce je zamýšlený podnikatelský záměr vyhodnocen a je vybrána nejvhodnější právní forma podnikání.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with a financial and tax aspects of selected business intention. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part first examines the business environment. Consequently, the issue of doing business in the Czech Republic is dealt with in terms of starting a business and legislation. Furthermore, attention is paid to the construction of a business plan, specifically Lean Canvas and its selected aspects, which are the basis for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part of the thesis is created a study of the particular business intention focusing on financial and tax aspects. A detailed founding budget is drawn up, and from the tax perspective are detected and calculated all tax liabilities that arise the start-up business before or during business. At the end of the thesis, the intended business intention is evaluated and the most appropriate legal form of business is selected.
