Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na farmářské trhy v Třinci, jejich historii a současnost. První část práce se zabývá definicí alternativních a konvenčních potravinových sítí. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on farmers' markets in Třinec, their history and the presence. The first part deals with the definition of alternative and conventional food networks. It includes history and presence of farmers' markets in the Czech Republic. The second part analyzes the farmers' markets in Třinec through observation and questionnaires.
