Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Fúze a související účetní postupy“ je analýza problematiky fúze dle teoretického pojetí, vymezení účetních postupů a jejich aplikace na konkrétním příkladu. Teoretická část je zprvu zaměřena na sdružování obchodních společností. Následně se práce věnuje fúzi obchodních společností z obecného hlediska. Stěžejní část pak tvoří popis jednotlivých kroků realizace fúze a jejich zachycení v účetnictví. Na základě získaných poznatků se praktická část zabývá zpracováním fiktivní fúze dvou nezávislých společností a fiktivní fúze dceřiné a mateřské společnosti.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis “Mergers and the related accounting procedures” is the analysis of the issue of the merger according to the theoretical concept, the definition of accounting procedures and their application to a specific example. The theoretical part is initially focused on the association of companies. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the merger of companies in general. The main part is a description of the individual steps in the implementation of the merger and their bookkeeping. On the basis of lessons learned with the practical part deals with the processing of a fictitious merger of two independent companies and a fictitious merger of a subsidiary and a parent company.
