Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou sebeobrany pro osoby se zrakovým postižením. Cílem práce je vymezení problematiky v rámci oboru sebeobrany, návrh obecné metodiky výuky a vytvoření zjednodušené koncepce kurzu v rozsahu dvanácti lekcí. Práce čerpá ze zkušeností autora s vedením výuky sebeobrany osob nejen se zrakovým postižením a ze studia příslušné literatury. Výsledky této práce pomáhají rozvíjet možnosti …more

This bachelor thesis is focused on self-defense for people with visual impairment. The aim of this work is to define the issues within the field of self-defense, the draft of general teaching methodology and provide a simplified conception course within the range of twelve lessons.
