Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pracovní motivaci ve společnosti Škoda Auto a.s.. Je vymezen pojem pracovní motivace a to co se k ní váže. Hlavní pozornost je věnována zaměstnaneckým výhodám ve firmě. V této souvislosti jsou analyzovány mzdy, bonusy a nejvyužívanější benefity, které firma poskytuje svým zaměstnancům. This bachelor´s work is focused on working motivation in company Skoda Auto. It specifies the term of motivation and what is connected with it. An attention is paid to employee´s amenities in the company.
