Ethic and social audit and his practical use

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá etickým auditem a jeho praktickým využitím. V této práci je praktické využití etického auditu ukázáno na Programu Podnik Fair Play, který ho využívá jako hlavní nástroj při hodnocení a certifikaci podniků. První část práce je zaměřena na úvod do problematiky podnikatelské etiky a následně na teoretické zásady a principy samotného etického a sociálního auditu. V druhé části práce je pak ukázán průběh etického auditu programu Podnik Fair Play ve firmě Auto-Staiger, s. r. o.. V této části práce je ukázán průběh celého auditu od samotného rozhodování o účasti přes podání přihlášky a jednotlivé etapy auditu, až po vyhodnocení a využití ocenění v praxi.

Abstract:

This work deal with ethical audit and his practical use. Practical use of ethical audit is shown on program Podnik Fair Play that use it as main tool in classification and certification of companies. First part of this work is focused on introduction into questions of business ethics and theoretical theses of ethical and social audit. In the second part process of ethical audit of program Podnik Fair Play in company Auto-Staiger Ltd. is shown. This part of work shown all audit processes by the making decision about attendance in program through registration and separate phases of audit until data evaluation and practical use of certificate.
