Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení spokojenosti pacientů s péčí. Zvolené téma je součástí projektu Studentské grantové soutěže - Kvalita péče ve zdravotnických zařízeních 2015. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část obsahuje kapitolu zabývající se vymezením pojmu kvalita, dále kapitolu týkající se legislativy. The thesis is focused on the evaluation of patient satisfaction with care. The chosen topic is part of the Student Grant Competition - Quality care in health establishments 2015.
