Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem a optimalizací metody pro analýzu nepolárních lipidů, jmenovitě mastných kyselin, sterolů, cholesterolesterů a mono-, di- a triacylglycerolů, pomocí spojení ultravysokoúčinné superkritické fluidní chromatografie (UHPSFC) s hmotnostní spektrometrií (MS) v biologických vzorcích. Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the development and optimalization of method for determination of nonpolar lipids in biological samples, namely fatty acids, sterols, cholesterolesters and mono-, di- and triacylglycerols, by using ultrahigh-performance supercritical fluid chromatography (UHPSFC) with mass spectrometry (MS).
