Tématem této diplomové práce jsou zásady postupu zadavatele, tj. zásady transparentnosti, rovného zacházení a zákazu diskriminace při administraci veřejných zakázek. The object of the thesis are processes principles of the contracting authority, e.g. transparency principles, equality principles a discrimination prohibition, when administrating tenders. First section of the thesis is considering tenders legislation, including a short historic debrief.
