Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením rozsahu pohybu kloubu, změnami svalové síly m. quadriceps femoris, velikostí otoku a bolestivostí kloubu u pacientů po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Cílem práce je ukázat vliv intenzivní týdenní rehabilitace v časné pooperační fázi a porovnat situaci u pacientů operovaných pro sekundární gonartrózu. The thesis deals with the evaluation of the range of motion of the joint after total knee arthroplasty, as well as the changes in the muscle strenght of quadriceps femoris muscle, the swelling around the joint and the pain rate in patients after total knee arthroplasty.
