Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zpracování informací, potřebných jak pro efektivní komunikaci uvnitř společnosti, tak i navenek. V teoretické části práce popisuje vlastnosti konkrétního CRM systému a ukazuje možnosti jeho využití. Dále se zde definují obecné a zákonné požadavky pro implementaci takového systému. V praktické části se práce věnuje využití určitých modulů CRM systému, oběhu účetních a daňových dokladů a identifikaci slabých míst celého systému u konkrétní společnosti. Popsány jsou návrhy na zlepšení, které byly zahrnuty v rámci plánovaného upgrade systému a k jehož realizaci již došlo v průběhu sledovaného roku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of information needed for effective communication within the company as well as outside the company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the properties of a specific CRM system and shows its possibilities of use. In thesis are also defined the general and legal requirements for implementing such a system. In the practical part, the work is devoted to the use of certain CRM modules, the circulation of accounting and tax documents and the identification of weaknesses of the whole system in the particular company. In final part are described suggested improvements, which were included in the planned upgrading of the system and which have been already implemented during the year.
