Project Management in Social Work.

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je projektový management v sociální práci. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na objasnění pojmů projekt, management a projektový management. Dále pojednává o projektových týmech a možnostech financování projektů. Druhá kapitola je věnována procesu modernizace, ekonomizace sociální práce, přínosům a rizikům pronikání managementu do sociální oblasti. Na závěr kapitoly je zdůrazněn význam projektů pro neziskové organizace. Empirická část je zaměřena na průběh realizace projektového managementu v organizaci poskytující sociální služby, kde pracuje na pozici projektového manažera ekonom, a v organizaci zaměstnávající na obdobné pozici sociálního pracovníka.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the Project Management in Social Work. The theoretic part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter focuses on clearing the terms as a project, management and project management. Further this chapter deals with project teams and possibilities of project financing. The second chapter is concerned with modernization process, economization of Social Work, benefits and risks of infiltration of management into Social Work. At the conclusion is accented the importance of projects for non-profit organizations. The empirical part deals with process of realization of project management in the organization of social services, where economist works at the position of project manager and in the organization which employ social worker at the similar position.
