The analysis of the working role of employees who participate with the coordination of community planning of social services

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá analýzou pracovní role zaměstnance, který se podílí na koordinaci procesu komunitního plánování sociálních služeb. V teoretické části se věnuji tématu sociálních služeb a komunitního plánování včetně historického kontextu, legislativního zakotvení a kategorizace. Práce se zabývá také jednotlivými fázemi procesu komunitního plánování a základními principy vycházejícími z metodik. Rozpracován je i proces analýzy pracovní role dle Michaela Armstronga (2007). V praktické části práce pomocí metody kvalitativní analýzy definuji profil role zaměstnance městského úřadu v Brně a identifikuji znalosti, dovednosti a schopnosti potřebné ke koordinaci komunitního plánování sociálních služeb. Taktéž se pokusím objasnit, jakým způsobem je profil role ovlivňován specifiky tohoto konkrétního pracoviště.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the analysis of the working role of employees who participate with the coordination of community planning of social services. In the theoretical part I will look at the subject of social services and community planning, in a historical context, alongside it’s legislation and classification. My thesis also looks into the phases of community planning and its fundamental principles that are based on the relevant methodology. I will also elaborate on the process of analyzing the working role by Michael Armstrong (2007). In the practical part of this thesis I define the profile of the role of employees in the Municipality of Brno. I will identify the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the coordination of community planning of social services. I also clarify the way the profile of a role is influenced by specific factors of this workplace.
