Práce se zaměřuje na oblast kriminální viktimologie s důrazem na otázku zvlášť zranitelných obětí. V práci jsou teoreticky ukotveny pojmy jako oběť a poškozený trestního činu, nebo viktimizace. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the field of criminal victimology with an emphasis on the issue of particularly vulnerable victims. The theoretical anchoring of the theoretical concepts of victim and victimization is presented.
