Diplomová práce pojednává o vybraných psychologických aspektech pracovní angažovanosti u středoškolských učitelů. The diploma thesis deals with selected psychological aspects of work engagement of secondary school teachers. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the knowledge about work engagement and presents selected characteristics of personality related to work engagement.
