Bakalářská práce se zabývá knihovnami a jejich fungováním v době celosvětové pandemie covidu-19 z pohledu českých knihovnických periodik. Jsou v ní představeny knihovny prostřednictvím knihovních zákonů a aktuální koncepce rozvoje knihoven, jejíž plnění bylo kvůli koronaviru narušeno.
