Předmětem diplomové práce je tvorba vnitropodnikových směrnic v oblasti dlouhodobého hmotného majetku a jejich využití. V první části je provedena analýza právní legislativy týkající se předmětné oblasti. Následně získané znalosti z teoretické části byly aplikovány při vytváření návrhu systému vnitropodnikových směrnic pro konkrétní společnost, která směrnice dosud nezavedla. Subject of this diploma thesis is the creation of internal accounting rules in the area of fixed tangible assets and their use. The first part analyzes legal legislation related to the subject area. Subsequent knowledge gained from the theoretical part was applied in creating a draft system of company-specific guidelines for a particular company that has not yet introduced the directive.
