Bachelor thesis deals with dividend politics by Czech companies quoted to stock market in Prague. Introductory part clarifies by concept join-stock company and stock. It describes distributions of stocks, legal of shareholders. It pursues to dividends policy and sort of dividend policy. At the end of this part it characterizes the stock market in Prague.
