Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza procesů a nástrojů výběrového řízení v podniku Xella CZ, s.r.o. Zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek a návrh opatření pro zlepšení efektivity výběru zaměstnanců včetně ekonomického aspektu. Tomuto předchází důkladná rešerše literatury k vybranému tématu.
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to analyse recruitment processes and tools applied by Xella CZ, s.r.o. Evaluation and suggestions for improvement of the available recruitment process including the economic aspect will be provided. That precedes a thorough research of the literature for the chosen topic.
