Development Trends in Organizational Infrastructure of Hotel Chains

Abstract:

ALAKBAROV, Ramin. Vývojové tendence organizační architektury hotelových řetězců. [Bakalářská práce]. Vysoká škola hotelová v Praze 8, spol. s r. o. Praha 2014. 56 stran. Bakalářská práce zkoumá vývoj organizačních architektur ve dvou vybraných hotelových řetězcích a zjistí odpovědnosti, kompetence a působení všech dílčích článků organizační architektury. Cílem je provést retrospektivní a komparační analýzu organizační architektury hotelových řetězců a označit hlavní vývojové tendence v současné době. V rámci výzkumu byly zjištěny rozdíly a podobnosti dvou organizačních architektur a vývoj jednotlivých prvků oproti minulosti. Byla provedena analýza vhodnosti každé architektury vzhledem k současným podmínkám, postavení hotelového řetězce na trhu a taky možnosti v IT sféře, zejména co se týče správy a evidence hotelových služeb a procesů.

Abstract:

Abstract The bachelor’s thesis examines development of organizational architectures in two selected hotel chains, and determines responsibilities, powers and operation of all clauses of organizational architecture. The aim is to make a retrospective and comparative analysis of organizational architecture of the hotel chains, and identify major current trends. The research identifies differences and similarities of the two organizational architectures, and development of individual elements in comparison with the past. It is an analysis of the suitability of each architecture in connection with the conditions of the present time, position of the hotel chains on the market, and also opportunities in the IT sector, in particular with regard to management and assessment of hotel services and processes.
