Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá úrazovým poraněním páteře a míchy. Obecná část je zaměřena na anatomii, fyziologii a traumatologii páteře a míchy. Dále se věnuje klinickému obrazu po poranění a diagnostickým a terapeutickým postupům. Speciální část se zaměřuje na možnosti léčebné rehabilitace spinálního pacienta. Součástí bakalářské práce je také kazuistika pacienta s poraněním míchy v úrovni C3 a C4.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with traumatic spine and spinal chord injury. The general part is focused on anatomy, physiology and traumatology of the spine and spinal chord. The general part also involves clinical presentation after injury and diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The special part focuses on possibilities of medical rehabilitation.
