Amount of the real estate tax coefficient and local taxes as one of the revenues of the municipalities of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na daň z věcí nemovitých a místní poplatky, především pak na jejich výši v obcích různé velikosti. Práce se zabývá pojmy veřejná správa, obec, rozpočet obce a region. Dále též pojmy místní daně a místní poplatky. Práce je potom věnována analýze a vyhodnocení výše příjmů z daně z nemovitých věcí a místních poplatků v obcích různé velikosti. Všechny tyto obce se nacházejí v regionu soudržnosti NUTS II Severovýchod.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the real estate tax and local taxes, especially on their level in municipalities of different sizes. The theoretical part includes the definition of public administration, municipalities, municipal budget, definition of local taxes and local fees. The thesis then continues with the practical part, where we analyze the level of the local taxes and local fees in municipalities of different sizes.
