Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pátrání po pohřešovaných osobách. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé druhy pátrání, zásady pátrání a další pojmy vztahujících se k tomuto tématu. V rámci pátrání, které je zaměřeno na charakter hledaného objektu, jsou zde rozepsána témata jako jsou pohřešovaná osoba, hledaná osoba, osoba neznámé totožnosti, mrtvoly a kosterní nálezy. Dále se práce věnuje spolupráci a koordinaci mezi Policií ČR a dalšími složkami, které se zabývají pátráním po pohřešovaných osobách. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit činnost Policie ČR při procesu pátrání po pohřešovaných osobách. V rámci práce jsou popsány současné metody, technologie a prostředky, které umožnují vyšší efektivitu pátrání po osobách. Mezi takovéto prostředky patří mimo jiné pátrací evidence, jako je informační systém PATROS, z něhož lze získat potřebné informace o pohřešované osobě. V této práci je popsán průběh pátrání od zahájení po ukončení pátrání s náležitostmi, které musí být splněny v jednotlivých fázích pátrání.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of searching for missing persons. The thesis describes various types of searches, search principles, and other concepts related to this topic. Within the search, which is focused on the character of the object being sought, topics such as missing persons, wanted persons, unidentified persons, corpses, and skeletal remains are elaborated. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the cooperation and coordination between the Czech Republic Police and other agencies involved in the search for missing persons. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the activity of the Czech Republic Police in the process of searching for missing persons. The current methods, technologies, and means that allow for higher efficiency in the search for individuals are described in the thesis. Such means include, e.g. search records such as the information system PATROS, which provides necessary information about the missing person. The thesis describes the course of the search from its initiation to its conclusion, including the requirements that must be met in each phase of the search.
