Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu adaptačního procesu a navržení jeho zlepšení ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojmy týkající se adaptačního procesu a všechny jeho fáze. V praktické části proběhla analýza adaptačního procesu vybraného podniku, dotazníkové šetření a šetření pomocí řízených strukturovaných rozhovorů a dále syntéza získaných dat. The present thesis focuses on the analysis of the adaptation process and proposing its improvement in the selected company.
