Abstract:
Diplomová práce se bude zabývat podnikovou strategií strojírenské firmy. Práce je rozdělena na dva tematické celky. Cílem diplomové práce bude na základě provedených analýz navrhnout inovační strategii ve vztahu k řízení výroby.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis will deal with the company strategy of the engineering company.The thesis is divided into two thematic units.The aim of the thesis is to propose an innovative strategy in relation to production management on the basis of the performed analyzes.
