Diploma thesis External Relations and Energy Policy of the EU deals with the development and with the contemporary state of the energy policy in the EU. The main goal of the thesis is to verify the hypothesis that the energy policy – in particular its external dimension – has the same weaknesses like other parts of the CFSP.
