Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá nezávislým zhodnocením společnosti České aerolinie a.s., která se zabývá mezinárodní pravidelnou leteckou osobní dopravou a jedná se o společnost patřící mezi pět nejstarších leteckých společností na světě. Hlavním cílem této práce je nezávisle posoudit stav podniku a jeho konkurenceschopnost před a po reorganizaci (z dostupných zdrojů). Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje výkladu vybraných metod strategické analýzy, finanční analýzy a konkurenceschopnosti produktu. V praktické části jsou použity a aplikovány na analyzovanou společnost následující analýzy: PESTEL analýza, Porterův model 5 sil, Horizontální a Vertikální analýza, Poměrové ukazatele, Finanční plán, Odhad hodnoty společnosti, Mezera krytí a vlastní vyhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti produktu. Poslední část práce je věnovaná závěru, jehož součástí je samotné zhodnocení podniku a doporučení do budoucna.

Abstract:

The Master´s Thesis deals with an independent business review of the company České aerolinie a.s., which provides international scheduled air passenger transport and is one of the five oldest airlines in the world. The main objective of this thesis is to independently assess the state of the company and its competitiveness before and after the reorganization (from available sources). The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the interpretation of selected methods of strategic analysis, financial analysis and product competitiveness. In the practical part, the following analyses are used and applied to the analyzed company: PESTEL analysis, Porter's 5 forces model, Horizontal and Vertical analysis, Ratio ratios, Financial plan, Estimation of company value, Coverage gap and self-evaluation of product competitiveness. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the conclusion, which includes the actual evaluation of the company and recommendations for the future.
