Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo podat základní informace o dětské mozkové obrně, o možnostech léčby a vzdělávání dětí s touto diagnózou. Má práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část speciální. V teoretické části se zabývám základními pojmy a funkcemi nervové soustavy a motoriky, historií, etiologií a léčbou tohoto onemocnění a možnostmi vzdělávání a integrací těchto dětí. Ve speciální části se zaměřuji na ergoterapii se svojí klientkou Veronikou. Na prohloubení její soběstačnosti a samostatnosti. Součástí této části je vyšetření klientky, ergoterapeutický rozbor, sestavení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého plánu a navržení kompenzačních pomůcek.

Abstract:

The main aim of this work is to provide a basic information about a children cerebral palsy, the possibilities of treatment and an education of children with this diagnosis. My work is divided into two parts - theory and special one. In the theoretic part I concerned with essential ideas, the functions of nervous system, a motoric apparatus, a history, an etiology and a treatment of cerebral palsy and possibilities of education and an integration of these children. In the special part I focused on an occupational therapy with my client Veronika. I have worked on to improve her self-sufficiency and independency. The part of this section is also a checkup of my client, an ergoterapeutical examination, a formation of short-term and one long-term plan together with the proposal of compensatory utilities.
