Trading strategy on capital markets as a tool for increasing profits and equity in priváte or public company

Abstract:

Cílem disertační práce je provést výzkum problematiky trading strategií se zaměřením na jejich reálné využití v řízení finančních toků firem a na jejím základě poté vytvořit koncept nově navrhnuté varianty trading strategie. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část popisuje základní poznatky potřebné k pochopení problematiky, tedy současný stav poznání v této oblasti, druhy finančních produktů, druhy obchodníků s cennými papíry a hlavní druhy finančních analýz. Druhá část se skládá zejména z kapitoly analyzující a zdůvodňující nezbytnost vhodného výběru obchodních instrumentů, nástrojů a služeb. Třetí část obsahuje výsledky zkoumání. V ní jsou popsány analýzy jednotlivých průběhů cen zvoleného aktiva (produkt e-mini), závěry z nich a na jejich základě poté reálně dosažené výsledky správného řízení firemního nebo soukromého finančního majetku, včetně popisu a zobrazení reálných výsledků použité obchodní metody. Součástí této části je také vyhodnocení celkových dosažených výsledků (pro teorii, pedagogiku a podnikatelskou obec) a také plán předpokládané další realizace výzkumu v této oblasti. Součástí práce je rozsáhlá příloha obsahující průvodce použitým obchodním softwarem a navržený postup využití mnou navržené trading strategie, který lze aplikovat na jakýkoliv software.

Abstract:

An objective of this doctoral thesis is to create a project which researches current possibilities of profitable trading of financial derivative instruments on international markets with trading strategy. The thesis is broken down into three parts. The first part of the thesis deals with basic findings which are necessary for a comprehension of topics in question, above all the types of financial instruments, types of financial brokers and types of financial analysis. The second part of the thesis consists of a chapter focusing on an analysis of a proper financial instrument selection, tools and services and also of a chapter containing a project. The project, which has been realized within this thesis, describes an application of a given trading methodology. This section also includes an assessment of the entire project and a plan of its subsequent implementation. In the end of thesis is detailed guide of used technical analysis software and instructions which are able to apply for each other software.
