Stakeholder management in tourism potential and creation of destination offerings

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu nabídky turistického produktu, za pomoci stakeholder managementu. Vybraná destinace je vymezena mikroregionem Telčsko. Autor práce předpokládá, že premisou cestovního ruchu v této lokalitě jsou kulturní a přírodní památky a primárním památkovým objektem v dané lokalitě je Státní zámek Telč. Práce zohledňuje teoretická východiska v oblasti cestovního ruchu s akcentem na stakeholdery, v základech vymezuje destinační management a předkládá východiska managementu kulturních a přírodních památek pro účely cestovního ruchu. Analytická část je věnována současnému zapojení místních subjektů a jejich vzájemného propojení v kontextu cestovního ruchu se Správou státního zámku Telč. Cílem práce je navrhnou manažerská doporučení pro zlepšení turistického produktu na Telčsku, vycházejícího ze vzájemné kladné interakce jednotlivých aktérů.

Abstract:

The present thesis is focused on the creation of a tourist product offer, with the help of stakeholder management. The selected destination is defined by the Telčsko microregion. The author of the thesis assumes that the premise of tourism in this locality are cultural and natural monuments and the primary monument in the given location is the State Chateau Telč. The thesis takes into account theoretical starting points in the field of tourism with an accent on stakeholders, basically defining the destination management and presenting the basis of the management of cultural and natural monuments for tourism purposes. The analytical part is devoted to the simultaneous involvement of local entities and their interconnection in the context of tourism with the Administration of state chateau Telč. The aim of the work is to propose managerial recommendations for the improvement of the tourist product in Telč, based on the mutual positive interaction of individual actors.
