Retraining as an active employment policy

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá efektivností rekvalifikačního kurzu a uplatněním absolventů rekvalifikačních kurzů na trhu práce. V úvodní části mé práce nejdříve vysvětluji, co je to nezaměstnanost, rekvalifikace, trh práce a politika zaměstnanosti. V další části popisuji školu, kde je rekvalifikace prováděná. Dále jaký je vlastně zájem nezaměstnaných v evidenci úřadu práce a jaký je zájem lidí, kteří se rekvalifikují za své finanční prostředky, aby měli lepší uplatnění na trhu práce. V závěrečné části mé práce je průzkumné šetření na trhu práce, který jsem prováděla formou dotazníků. Průzkumné šetření mi pomáhá vyhodnotit efektivitu rekvalifikačního kurzu.

Abstract:

My Bachelor thesis is focused on the efficiency of the retraining programs and the following employment of the participants. In the introduction I explain terms like the unemployment rate, the retraining program, the job market and the employment policy. In the following part I describe the school, where the retraining programs are implemented. I also describe, what is the demand for the retraining programs among the job applicants registered at the employment offices who are not financially contributing and those job applicants who cover their costs for trainings to get better position on the job market. In the final part of my thesis there is a research of the job market which I have processed via questionnaires. The research helps me to track the efficiency of the retraining program.
