Work deals with the recognition of goodwill in property business and proposal a possible increase in the value of goodwill in the enterprise. The work is divided into three parts. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vykazovaním goodwillu v majetku podniku a navrhnutím možného zvýšenia hodnoty goodwillu v konkrétnom podniku. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na históriu goodwillu v oblasti Slovenska, jeho základnú charakteristiku s definíciami a ďalej poskytuje rôzne členenia spomínaného pojmu.
