Effectivity Improvement of Occupational Benefits in Chosen Organization

Abstract:

V teoretické části práce jsou vymezena východiska účinnosti zaměstnaneckých benefitů dle jejich definice, významu a působení. Praktická část je zaměřena na systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů v Československé obchodní bance, a.s. Anonymním dotazníkovým šetřením na olomouckých pobočkách, je zjištěno, že zaměstnanci by chtěli zlepšit systém odměňování. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou v práci uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení účinnosti systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů v dotčené organizaci.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part of the work are defined the starting points of the effectiveness of employee benefits as per their definition, meaning and action. The practical part is focused on the system of employee benefits in the Czechoslovak trade bank. The anonymous questionnaire investigation on of the branches, it is found that the employees would like to improve the system of remuneration. Based on these findings, are in the work of the listed suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the system of employee benefits in the organization.
