Flexible Forms of Employment and its Utilization in Practice

Abstract:

Anotace Tato práce pojednává o flexibilních formách zaměstnávání a jejich využití v praxi. Klade si za cíl popsat různé druhy a formy flexibilních forem zaměstnávání, jejich využívání a vývoj v České republice a jejich úpravu v legislativě. Praktická část je cílena na ženy -- popisuje jejich postavení na trhu práce a zaměřuje se na možnosti a způsoby využívání flexibilních forem zaměstnávání a jiných benefitů za účelem podpory žen na trhu práce. Důležitou součástí je i komparace využívání flexibilních forem zaměstnávání v České republice a v dalších zemích Evropské unie.

Abstract:

Annotation The theme of this thesis is flexible forms of employment and their use in practice. The aim is to describe different kinds of flexible forms of employment, their use and development in the Czech republic and their regulation in the legislation. The practical part is focused on women - it describes their position on the labour market and analyses ways and possibilities to use flexible forms of employment and other benefits to provide support for women on the labour market. Important part of the thesis is comparison of using flexible forms of empoyment in the Czech Republic and other European Union countries.
