Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se věnuji ochraně obětí trestného činu a v celkovém rámci také obětem samotným. Prvotní části vysvětlují základní definice kdo je oběť, druhy obětí a stádia viktimizace. Další část nám představuje, jaký pohled má na oběť Evropská unie a jaká práva obětí a jejich ochranu, nám poskytují zákony v České republice. Praktická část nám ukazuje aplikaci práv obětí na trestné činy z veřejně dostupných zdrojů s popisem jejich problematik a zároveň jsem použil v praktické části pár grafů, které nám ukazují data získané z nejznámějšího spolku v česku, který se věnuje obětem trestných činů a pomáhá jim. Hlavním cílem této závěrečné práce je poskytnout získané informace z odborné literatury a věd, které se věnují problematice ochrany obětí trestného činu.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis, i focus on the protection of crime victims and in general the victims themselves. The initial sections explain the basic definitions of who is victim, the types of victims and the stages of victimization. The next part presents us victim from the perspective of the European union and what the rights of victims and their protection are provided by the laws in the Czech Republic. The practical part shows us the application of victim’s rights to crimes from publicly available resources with a description of their issues and at the same time I used a few graphs in the practical part, which show us data obtained from the most famous association in the Czech Republic. The main goal of this final work is to provide information obtained from literature and sciences, which deal with the issue of protection of crime victims.
