Fund raising plan for the organization Anima Iuventutis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na dlouhodobé plánování fundraisingu v neziskových organizacích. V první části je sestaven přehled základních teoretických poznatků o fundraisingu a jeho plánování ? metody, zdroje, personální zajištění, postup vypracování strategického plánu a jeho hodnocení. V praktické části je zpracován návrh strategického plánu fundraisingu pro občanské sdružení Anima Iuventutis. Na základě autorových teoretických poznatků a praktických zkušeností jsou stanoveny cíle dlouhodobého plánu, které jsou dále rozpracovány na dílčí cíle a zaneseny do akčního kalendáře. V závěru plánu jsou navrženy vhodné metody získávání prostředků a jeho hodnocení.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the long-time planning of fund-raising in non-profit organizations. In the first part, the summary of basic theoretical pieces of knowledge about the fund-raising and its planning ? methods, sources, human resources, strategic plan making process and its evaluation is compiled. In the practical part, project of the strategic plan for the organization Anima Iuventutis is suggested. Based on theoretical findings and practical experiences, the aims of the long-time plan are ranged and elaborated in particular aims and in an action calendar. In the end of the plan suitable methods of acquire resources and its evaluation are suggested.
