Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí výběru zaměstnanců v podniku. Teoretická část práce je věnována rozboru pojmů problémové oblasti, jako je personální plánování, oslovování a výběr zaměstnanců. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat výběrové metody ve zkoumané společnosti a navrhnout změny. This bachelor thesis deals with employee selection in a particular company. The theoretical part is devoted to analysis of key terms such as human resource planning, outreach and selection of employees.
