Cílem práce je rozbor role a práce lídra v organizaci za pomoci systémových přístupů a systémového myšlení. Vyzdvihnout přicházející změny s přechodem na informační/znalostní společnost a nahrazením manuálních pracovníků pracovníky znalostními. The thesis aims to analyze the role and work as a leader in the organization through systemic approaches and systemic thinking. Highlight the changes coming with the transition to an information / knowledge society and the replacement of manual workers' by knowledge workers.
