Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá revizí současného stavu reklamačního řízení a návrhem nového stavu reklamačního procesu ve společnosti SILON s.r.o. Nová procedura splňuje aktuální požadavky na řízení kvality, vnitřní poměry firmy a zároveň je ekonomická a efektivní.
Abstract:
This master thesis deals with revision of current claim handling procedure and design of new process in SILON s.r.o. New procedure must to fulfill relevant demands on quality management, company policy and at the same time to be economical and effective.
