Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života žen po skončení rodičovské dovolené. The bachelor thesis focuses on work-life balance of women after parental leave. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current situation of women in the area of reconciling family and work life and then to give recommendations leading to better harmonization of these two spheres.
