Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou online recenzí se zvláštním zaměřením na hotelové odvětví. Jelikož význam online recenzí výrazně stoupá a jedná se již o běžnou součást spotřebního rozhodování, byla zjištěna nutnost zavedení systémů řízení online reputace hotelů.
