Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit příručku Škola zad pro seniory a zjistit možnosti jejího využití skupinou několika seniorů. Příručka obsahuje stručný přehled anatomie a zabývá se problematikou bolestí zad, především jejich prevencí. Rovněž se věnuje nejčastějším obtížím ve stáří a problémům s nimi spojenými. Abstract:
The aim of this work was to create a handbook " The back school for seniors" and find out the possibilities of its using by group of several seniors. The handbook contains a brief survey of anatomy and deals with the issue of back pain, especially their causes and prevention.
