Faktory motivace pracovníků dodavatelských firem ve stavebnictví

Motivating employees factors of suppliers in construction
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu dodavatelsko odběratelskych vztahů ve stavebníctví. Zabývá se otázkami, jaké motivační faktory ovlivňují pracovníky či firmy a jakým způsobem je motivují v setrvání ve vztahu a spolupráci s firmou DMG. Výsledná zjištění a jejich následná implementace do dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů by měla vést ke zkvalitnění spolupráce a optimalizaci pracovního výkonu.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of industrial relationships in construction. It deals with issues of how motivational factors affect workers, suppliers and how to motivate them to remain in the relationship and working with DMG.
