Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zlepšení systému odměňování v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část je věnována oblasti mzdové problematiky, jako jsou základní mzdové formy, zaměstnanecké výhody, hodnocení pracovníků. Bachelor thesis is focused on improvement of the remuneration system in a particular company. The theoretical part is devoted to the issues of kinds of salaries, employee benefits and evaluation.
