Potentional risks of realization vision of the vision industry 4.0 in automotiv

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje uplatňování konceptu Průmyslu 4.0 v České republice, se zaměřením na automobilový průmysl. Cílem práce je nastínit potenciální rizika realizace vize průmyslu 4.0 v automobilovém průmyslu u dvou největších producentů automobilů v České republice, a to Škoda Auto a Hyundai Motor Manufaturing Czech. Teoretická část práce se zabývá samotným fenoménem průmysl 4.0, jeho vznik, funkce a uplatňování konceptu Průmyslu 4.0 v České republice. Objasňuje a zhodnocuje výhody, rizika a dopady průmyslu 4.0. V neposlední řadě se zaměřuje na bezpečnost systémů v současném stavu, ale i s pohledem na budoucí vývoj. V praktické části je analyzován automobilový průmysl v České republice a jsou popsány řešení Průmyslu 4.0 u dvou nejvýznamnějších výrobců automobilů v České republice, firem Škoda Auto a Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech a u jejich dodavatelů. Jedním z rizik implementace konceptu průmyslu 4.0 je považováno nahrazení pracovní síly roboty. To se však zatím u žádné z automobilek neprojevilo. Naopak jednou z výhod je míněna vyšší produktivity práce, která byla zaznamenána pouze u společnosti Hyundai, ale u Škoda Auto vykazuje v posledních letech stabilní trend. V závěru práce je uveden výčet veškerých počinů tohoto konceptu dvou českých automobilek.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the application of the Industry 4.0 concept in the Czech Republic, focusing on the automotive industry. The target of the thesis is described potential risks of realization vision of the vision industry 4.0 in automotiv industry by two the biggest cars industry in the Czech republic, Škoda Auto and Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech. The theoretical part is devoted to the creation, functions and application of the Industry 4.0 concept in the Czech Republic, the benefits, risks and impacts of Industry 4.0. In the practical part, the automotive industry in the Czech Republic is analyzed and industrial industry solutions 4.0 are described in two of the most important car manufacturers in the Czech Republic, Škoda Auto and Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech and their suppliers. One of the potential risks of implementing the concept industry 4.0 is considered to be a replacement for the workforce by robots. On the other hand one of the potential advantages is higher productivity of labor, that has been realized only by Hyundai, but Škoda Auto has stable trend. At the end of the thesis there is a list of all the achievements of this concept of two Czech automakers.
