Miss Academia ČR 2007 - analysis of the project management

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou projektového řízení soutěže Miss Academia ČR 2007. První, teoretická část práce je věnována obecným principům projektového řízení. Vysvětluje problematiku řízení projektů a popisuje postup plánování a řízení realizace projektu. V úvodu druhé části je představen předmět Komunikační agentura, v rámci něhož je projekt Miss Academia ČR realizován. Hlavní, praktická část dokumentuje průběh projektového řízení Miss Academia ČR 2007. V závěru práce je nastíněn další možný vývoj projektu.

Abstract:

Presented bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of a Miss Academia ČR 2007 contest´s project management. The first, theoretical part describes the general principles of the project management. It explains the problems of the project management and describes the process of planning and managing the project execution. The Communication agency is introduced in the second part as the subject where´s the project realized. The main, practical part documents the run of the Miss Academia ČR 2007 project management. In the final part is chalked out next possible progress of the Miss Academia ČR contest.
